Access to Digital Library resources is through a password-protected page, and the password will be sent to you upon request. A few other pages are password-protected too, but most requests will be for Digital Library resources. If the password doesn't work, then try the following:
- Are you sure you're using the right password? Go back to the email that has the Digital Library Password and make sure that's what you're using.
- Make sure you are on the right page. A few Digital Library pages are password-protected, and the password is different for each one.
- Access to ProQuest eBook Central requires a different password that won't work on Digital Library pages. Make sure you're not using that!
- This is the most common reason that people have difficulty with passwords: If you have copied and pasted the password from somewhere, but it doesn't work, then try typing the password, Sometimes when you select something to copy, it's easy to accidentally include a leading or trailing space, so instead of copying "Digital Library Password", you are copying " Digital Library Password" or "Digital Library Password ". See the difference? The leading or trailing space is then included as part of the password (spaces are valid characters in most password systems) and is rejected.
