Most ebooks can be downloaded, but it's more complicated to do than to read online. There are three steps
- Make sure you have Adobe Digital Editions installed
- Download the ebook
- Open the ebook while you're still connected to the Internet. You can save the file, but to open the ebook for the first time, you need to be connected to the Internet
Step 1 is obviously a once-off
Most ebooks are subject to digital rights management (DRM) so you will have a limited amount of time - usually 24 hours - to read the book before you have to download it again
Also note that to download EBSCO FE collection ebooks, you need a My EBSCO account
